Main Street Bistro is located in the historic Old League City district right next to Helen’s Gardens on Main Street (hence the name). The menu here is a mix of local, Hispanic, coastal and Creole recipes. French cooking techniques and methods are used to produce stunning results like the famous Napa Valley burger. It’s made with rosemary mustard, Boursin cheese and peppered bacon. Another popular dish at Main Street Bistro is the shrimp and grits. The dish is covered in creamy cheese and Andouille sausage.     We had a lovely dinner with deliciously flavorful food. For starters, we selected the Fried Green Tomatoes— a nice combination of tanginess and spice. We ordered the Fish Fry with the accompanying Mac and Cheese and Collard Greens for the main entree. Our server, Rick was very pleasant and genuinely kind. Not only was he attentive, but knowledgeable about the menu items as well.

    First time here, the food was great! My server was not the best but I will be going back. Maybe it was an off day for her. Back to the food, I went there for the fried chicken and it did NOT disappoint me. It was fresh and hot just the way I like it.

    What an experience! Service was incredible from the second you step out of your car! The inside was absolutely stunning, food was so yummy! I enjoyed everything on my plate, our sever was supper sweet; definitely met our expectations. I couldn’t have chosen a better place to spend Valentine’s Day. 10/10 recommend! Will definitely coming back!

    Food was superb! We waiting a few minutes. It was Valentines Day so we expected some wait time. While waiting, they served apps which was nice. We were seated and our waiter was super sweet! The food was soooooo great. No complaints whatsoever. Can’t wait to go back!
