Located in the heart of Gramercy in the restored Assembly Hall of the landmarked United Charities Building, Hawksmoor is a steak restaurant that celebrates all-natural, pasture-reared, and traditionally dry-aged beef. Our beef is seasoned simply with sea salt and cooked over live-fire charcoal. Our seafood is locally and sustainably sourced from northeastern waters and we use small-farm produce whenever possible. On Sunday afternoons Hawksmoor keeps with the tried-and-true British tradition and features a Sunday Roast. this restaurant is fantastic! the dishes are small so we were able to try several things and all were delicious. our server was great and super attentive to our dietary needs. we can’t wait to go again :)

Loved ! Went for my 23rd birthday, arrived 30 minutes late to my reservations but was still able to get seated in about 40 minutes which is generous in my opinion considering how packed it was and how late i arrived. Food was AMAZING the mac & cheese was my favorite, ambiance is really nice, great music, awesome service and really good drinks. A bit pricey but nothing crazy i definitely look forward to going back

Excellent service -- hostess and waitstaff were friendly, courteous and attentive. Fabulous food -- we came for brunch and thoroughly enjoyed the shrimp & grits and the french toast. Love the vibe and the decor! Would definitely dine here again.
