Chef Wesley E. Choplin graduated from the prestigious Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York in 1997.Chef Wes, as he is fondly known in the industry, has been a sought after chef from his early years at world renowned Pinehurst Golf & Country Club. He quickly became popular for his "outside the box" mentality and later being recruited by many of North Carolina's best restaurants the last 25 years, ultimately becoming the renowned Chef that he is today.
