A Family Tradition For Over 90 YearsMrs. Knott’s Chicken Dinner Restaurant first opened in 1934 with Mrs. Knott and her children serving the first customers in their tea room. The restaurant has grown over the years into one of the largest in California, but the classic fried chicken dinner is still made the same way today using Mrs. Knott's recipes. We had a great meal and drinks from the bar. Sauced currentley has special tiki drinks for the hoilidays. I recommend Sauced for both couples and groups.

Came for Thanksgiving meal. I was able to get the turducken, it was delicious. Enjoyed the bread pudding (If you do want this, make sure to order it early, need a good amount of time to get it ready). Service was great! Jesse was wonderful as our server.

This out of the way gem has amazing food. The place appears to be an old home, near the water, but has stone floors and dingy paint inside, but their food is as good as anyone in OC.

The food was absolutely amazing! Really good service and everything we tried was fantastic from fried pickles, and candied bacon appetizer to burnt ends, brisket, steak, even the loaded, baked potato with chili. The whole family loved everything! Oh don’t miss the corn bread muffins!!!
