Ember Yard is the fourth restaurant from Salt Yard Group and has been influenced by our travels around Spain and Italy and their methods of cooking over charcoal and wood.We commissioned and custom built a bespoke, Basque-style grill and sourced some amazing single species sustainable charcoal and wood from Kent to cook with. A return visit to Dehesa after far too long. Love this tapas bar/restaurant for it's fabulous ambiance, lovely food and friendly welcoming staff team. Six of us shared a great night on a Saturday night for a catch-up, for good conversation to create memories for years to come. It was busy, so booked in advance - nothing too much trouble. Just 5*. Go!!!!

This is a very good restaurant for pre-theatre or a quick meal. It is unpretentious but staff are friendly. It feels like it has been here for many years and has a traditional feel to it - which we like. We have been here several times and always enjoyed it. Apart from the obvious tapas choices, our favourite is Judias Blancas con Chorizo (white bean stew with chorizo).
