Jaleo never disappoints, I have been to many Jose Andres restaurants and the food consistency and quality is on point. Amazing service from our server Gabriel. We did the tasting menu and he explained every dish with their stories very nice touch. Management is also very attentive, if you havent try Jaleo you must check it out and do the tasting menu! The food and the service were absolutely wonderful. The wait staff was very attentive and very quick to refill water glasses and provide what we requested. We highly recommend the Columbia restaurant always. The town of celebration has a bad habit of closing up the streets in front of the restaurant and the downtown area every Thanksgiving and every Christmas causing major parking problems. If you book the restaurant during these times, you may need to make sure that you get there very early to get a parking space.

First visit with my wife for our anniversary. Everything was first class. The facility, the staff, the food. Magic Kingdom fireworks at 8:00pm was awesome. I would highly recommend. Will definitely be back soon!!
