Our speakeasy bar Síbín is an intimate drinking den, hidden within Great Scotland Yard Hotel, influenced by the illicit bars that originated in Ireland around the turn of the seventeenth century, where whiskey and poitin (commonly referred to as Irish moonshine) were the drinks of choice. Síbín pays homage to Whisky and features a curated selection of global whiskies, alongside signature cocktails and premium wines and Champagnes. We take an inclusive and dynamic approach, moving away from stuffy preconceptions. Consisting of over one hundred bottles, sourced from around the globe, our Whisky collection is an ever-evolving selection of limited editions.
