Serving the San Francisco Bay area since 1979, Hana Japan draws a local regular crowd and proudly serve during dinner hours.     Went for my boyfriends birthday, as a first timer it most definitely won’t be our last! The service from Ian was AMAZING of itself but the food was perfect! Such an awesome experience and we cannot wait to come back with friends and family.

    A absolutely spectacular experience. A few highlights: - Order the Manhattan. Well balanced and a double. Great start! - Oysters were phenomenal. They have their own estuary and it shows. The freshest we’ve ever had. - Caviar and potato chips were not only decadent but actually a great value. - Caesar salad made table side was delicious. - New York bone-in strip was perfection. Seasoning and crust were on point. - Creamed Kale as a side was spectacular too. - Bananas Foster for dessert. An incredible experience. Great service all along the way. Well done Tyler and team!

    We had a reservation for the speakeasy and the service, food, and drinks were excellent. The speakeasy is a small intimate area in the back of the restaurant with its own bar and a great ambiance. 10/10 we will be back.
