History has been written inside the walls of the Wharf, with its 1790's style architecture featuring original wood columns and beams that are charred black from a Civil War fire. Went here for my brother’s 29th birthday with family and it was perfect. Very nice spot with friendly staff, great drinks, and delicious food. $48 filet was up there with the best steak my mom has ever had, and everything else was amazing as well. I would recommend this restaurant packed with history for any nice occasion.

Having really good food over comes a few short comings. I asked my server which soup I should order and he told me to get the crab soup. Well the clam chowder I had was pretty darn good, I just didn't say anything. I had the chopped salad which was excellent but before I finished it they brought my entree, and rather than take it back, my server said, oops it's a little early is that ok. Well I said fine and again the prime rib was outstanding. All told my dinner took 45 minutes, I'm just glad All of the food was so delicious.

The tables and chairs are a bit old. The bathroom was the worse and we dined at the start of the day. The bathroom smells and it’s outdated. The entire place could use renovations. The food was ok. The calamari was over cooked. My shrimp meal came with soup which was pretty good but there weren’t many shrimp on the lunch plate, considering the price. The service was great. Miesha was our server and she was great.
