Owned by brothers John-Thomas and Christopher Scott, Parker's on Ponce is Decatur's first independently owned steakhouse. The Scott family has always been extremely involved in the local community, including local government. The restaurant is named after John-Thomas' 12 year old daughter, Parker. The whole family is often seen at the restaurant - it is not a business to them, but a home - and they treat guests of the restaurant as family as well.

ARNETTE'S Chop Shop is a modern take on the traditional American steakhouse and features a contemporary, chef-driven menu, extensive wine list and a well-curated craft cocktail program. The restaurant’s interior was created to compliment the industrial modern design movement, exposing the natural character of the reclaimed warehouse while blending vintage, classic and modern design influences.The restaurant is split into two levels. The dining room is appointed with custom wood and leather booths, banquettes and tables. The main level also boasts an open kitchen complete with a custom built wood burning and open flame hearth and charbroiler. The lavish upscale bar is positioned on the second level above the main entrance and dining room. The bar has a contemporary yet warm den style ambiance with a open air terrace. The ceilings are low and the walls are adorned with paintings of famous musicians of past and present.

    Harrison and Tamer were terrific! Steaks were perfectly cooked, the truffle fries were amazing, and desserts were spot on. Definitely started a family Christmas celebration tradition!

    David was absolutely phenomenal. He was extremely courteous and informative with the menu. He definitely added to the over experience. We will be back and request him if possible. He’s amazing. - Shalonda David was very attentive, personable, and charismatic. These attributes added to our overall dining experience, and made it much more enjoyable. For our first visit, this was a 10/10 and we’d absolutely return in hopes of being serviced by David. A lasting impression was definitely made. - Kiyahara Thank you so much for everything you all do!     Best steaks in Atlanta!! We had 8pm reservation, arrived a few mins prior and checked in. Waites longer than expected. Hostess provided complimentary wine and apologized for the wait. Our server was nice while handling a lot of tables! The Rockerfeller Oysters appetizer with Parmesan spinach and bacon on it is amazing!! petite filet 8oz was delicious. Cheese mashed potatoes and cream spinach was fresh hot and tasty! The manager made sure our bill was adjusted due to the extended wait time and we didn’t ask or complain about the wait time! The butter cake with berries and ice cream was yummy! I typically don’t get dessert but this is a must. This is only my second time visiting this restaurant and it did not disappoint!! Superb customer service!!

    This is a restaurant that needs more than five stars. From the officer directing traffic into the valet area to the hostess and our phenomenal server, Lane, the people at Bone’s are professional, kind and very good at what they do. Food was fabulous as expected: scallops, lemon chicken, Bone’s salad with steak, sweet potato soufflé, sautéed spinach, grit fritters, pecan pie and mile high pie completely devoured by our party of 4. Thank you for a very special lunch!
