The waiter was attentive and very knowledgeable about the food and wines. The food was simply spectacular. The Wagyu carpaccio melts in your mouth and the fried capers added a delicious touch. I had the 30oz aged ribeye and it was absolutely delicious and cooked to perfection as was my wife's filet.
