Angel Oak at The Ritz-Carlton Santa Barbara exceeded all expectations. The ambiance was breathtaking, with stunning ocean views and a refined yet welcoming atmosphere. Every dish was a masterpiece, showcasing impeccable flavors and presentation. The service was outstanding—attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable.

Absolutely amazing! We have been lucky enough to go to many amazing restaurants around the world, this place is definitely in the top 5! Beautiful space and views, fantastic service and world class food. Make sure you stop in the speak easy after dinner! Special thanks to John Carlo for the amazing service! Always a winner! Short rib ravioli is a winner! Arugula salad is simple & perfect! Service was great too!

My hotel was right across the street from this restaurant so I decided to try it. What a nice surprise. They had the baseball game going on. I was seated at a great table to view the game. I ordered the fajitas with shrimp, filet mignon and chicken. I couldn’t believe the amount of food that they sent to me. It was enough for three people, but if you know me, I had no problem polishing it off. Everything on it was perfect. It was such a great meal. The chicken was moist. The steak was tender, and the shrimp was perfectly grilled. The guacamole was handmade. The beans had a ton of cheese on them and the rice and vegetables were cooked to perfection. When I go back up to Wine country, this will be a do again. The restaurant didn’t even know they had open table program set up and I asked them to check on it and they didn’t know what to check on till I showed him the app and how to do it then they realized I had my reservation there and they said they clicked on it so hopefully I got my points for it. But they’re excited to see they’re on that program. I advised them it was set up for better end restaurants and that’s what I like to visit. So now they know they’re in the upper echelon for Mexican food.
