It had been a while since we’d been back but everything was really good. Shout out to Francesco who did an awesome job waiting on our table and makes a mean bananas foster. He was also very knowledgeable with the wine list and made great food recommendations

Javier was an amazing waiter. Kept an eye on us without being overbearing. Food was amazing and portions were appropriate.

The menu is varied for a wide array of choices. Portions are large and filling. What makes J Gilbert's so special is the courtesy, diligence and professional manner in which the wait staff takes care of guests.
