Le Gia est ce genre de restaurant qui fait le charme de Montréal. Caché dans un coin discret qui ne paie pas de mine, c’est un véritable bijou, avec une ambiance et un service impeccable. Et ça c’est avant d’avoir pris une bouchée! Nous avons été très bien pris en main autant pour la nourriture que pour l’alcool. Note parfaite!

Nous avons pris le menu dégustation et chaque plat était excellent! Nous avons adoré et je recommande sans hésiter.

Delicious dinner at Liverpool House last night. We ended up sitting at a table, not at the bar. Taylor, our waiter was phenomenal. Attentive, friendly and gave great advice on the menu and drink selection . The cod was perfectly done, very tasty. The bavette and fries also tasted amazing. The salad with green apple and cheese had a great taste, we want the recipe!! The dessert with a cheesecake topping and squash was perfect. All the other staff were very friendly and attentive, which created for a wonderful atmosphere.

We had an amazing time. We learned of Joe Beef from an Anthony Bourdain special last year, and in March of this year we learned we were going to move here. We’ve been planning to go here since we arrived in August, and were finally able to make it. It was everything we hoped it would be, and we were able to try some amazing dishes. Staff are extremely attentive, knowledgeable and engaging. Definitely the first of many visits while we live here.
