Hana Japan Steakhouse specializes in teppanyaki-style recipes. The menu features grilled seafood items as well as options for landlovers. Hana Japan’s menu also serves gluten-free options, vegan fare as well as a kid-friendly dishes.Serving the San Francisco Bay area since 1979, Hana Japan draws a local regular crowd and proudly serve during dinner hours. Prime Rib is our specialty.We are "the local meeting place" for business and social events in the San Ramon Valley. It is a place where generation after generation of families has come to meet friends and family. It is a place where newcomers to the valley soon become old friends.The Brass Door, formerly known as the 8/5 Club, was established by Howard Schlesinger in 1946. It was originally a six-stool bar and 20-person dining facility. Schlesinger's son, Mickey, and his partner Dick Basso bought the club in 1955. Soon after, they renamed the club The Brass Door. Over the years, the partners expanded the facility to include a 20-stool bar, 50-seater cocktail lounge and a dining area for 160 guests. Following a brief closure in 1994 due to a fire, the restaurant was rebuilt from its original location.

    Thursday December 26th 2024. Greetings. Thanks for giving me this opportunity to review. First of Thanks to OpenTable.com to facilitate the reservation at "LB Steak - San Ramon Table for 2 on Thursday, December 26, 2024 at 6:30 pm. Was seated 10 minutes before my time. Everything went very smoothly. From Hostess, Server, Food runners, went on perfectly as supposed. Food taste great. From hot appetizers to entrées. All was very well cooked, presentations, and served. Overall we had a very positive dinning experience. We will definitely use "OpenTable.com at all times. THANKS 🇺🇸.

    Outstanding experience overall. Great service with lots of smiles. The food is absolutely phenomenal. Very friendly staff as well. The restaurant was packed out the entire visit, but there was no lack of attention. I love that they bring your steak à la carte but then mix and serve the side dishes for you. Upstairs they bring you the cocktails and leave the shaker. It’s a great value because you end up getting twice as much drink for the price! We had the margarita and Grey Goose martini. Wines by the glass are reasonably priced and it’s a generous pour, too. Extensive wines by the bottom menu. I love that it’s easy to get in and out of this establishment, with valet right in front or room for Lyft. It is now our favorite steak place!
