Roly's Bistro first opened its doors in 1992 and has served traditional European cuisine ever since. Lunch is served in the Bistro on Wednesday to Sunday with Monday and Tuesday lunch being served in The Terrace Restaurant. Dinner is served in the Bistro seven evenings a week. The menu caters for most palates with a Goat's cheese and vegetable tart and a selection of meat dishes from Roly's butcher block, such as sirloin steak and rib of prime Irish steak. I am going to this restaurant since 2009 every birthday. It’s the best. I love everything about it. The little details. The staff, the atmosphere and mostly the food. For a special occasion you will never be disappointed. If you want to impress someone this is the place .

We were there celebrate our daughter’s graduation- the staff could not have been more attentive. I was surprised to learn a few of them were recent hires. They had a great understanding of the wine list when we had questions. The food was amazing. We keep going back as the food is always of a high standard with a great and varied wine list plus very attentive and personable staff!

Delightful menu showcasing great ingredients. We always enjoy dining at The Saddle Room. The service is attentive without being overbearing. The wine list by the glass is well chosen. The portions are well judged so that we feel full but not stuffed. We especially enjoyed the lamb on this occasion.
