I booked a Valentine’s reservation over a month in advance, it was easy to book. Unfortunately it snowed moderately the day of the reservation and since I was driving from Indiana. It took a LOT longer to get there than expected. I called Fioretta, they said it was okay, that they would be able to make it work. Mind you, I got there an hour late. They still honored my reservation. The service was great and the food came out promptly. Meatballs lacked seasoning, shrimp scampi was 100/10. Crab bisque and burrata with peppers were both mid. 24oz ribeye was looked perfectly however it was too salty. They even brought extra seasoning that they used on the ribeye so we can add as we please. But there was no need as the salt overpowered everything. The marscapone whipped potatoes were also 100/10. Olive oil cake with gelato was 100/10, my server recommended it and recommended a bite with a little gelato and a piece of the cake, it was delicious. Tiramisu was mid. The cocktails all had good flavors but they lacked layers. They were for the most part all 1 note. So overall, get the shrimp scampi and the whipped potatoes forsure. I also think they can bring the $$$$$ down a notch- it doesnt match the mid quality of the food.

7 of us on Valentines Day, inc 3 yr old. We were sat upstairs in a semi private area, which was perfect for us. The service was immediate and incredible, with constant checking to see if we had everything, the food was amazing across the board and drinks and wine list great also. So for a larger party on a really busy night! Amazing! Thank you!!

I made my reservation in December for Valantine Day. I ask for a special table. I was told they would try to accommodate me. I had no problem with that. What I am mad about is that the sat us at the smallest table in the restaurant. I did say something and did not get a response from anyone. This is not a Lettuce type management deal. I top of that a table next to us kept increasing the volume of talking louder. The other table was fine. We eat at Lettuce restaurants all the time. Management and service always concerned about their client's well-being.

Service was outstanding, especially considering our reservation was at 9pm and the staff was working the dinner service for many hours. Unbelievably service oriented. Food was exceptional, as always. The place was packed, and as a result the decibel level was high. It was expensive, but we really enjoyed being taken care of on the night before Valentine’s Day.

We go every year for Valentine’s Day and we always have a great experience. The service, atmosphere and food are all wonderful. It’s a cozy and romantic spot for couples and also a good time for friends.
