Curated by Aaron Taylor, Atlas Restaurant Group’s Corporate Chef & Chef Partner in this concept, the menu puts steak in the spotlight with over 11 cuts from Chicago-based meat purveyor Meats by Linz. The Ruxton will serve a mix of wet and dry aged prime cuts of Black Angus Beef, as well as dry aging Long Island Duck and Bison from Virginia’s New Frontier Farm in-house. To complement the steak options, seasonal shellfish and seafood entrees will be available including dover sole, Maryland rockfish, whole live lobster, king salmon, Chilean sea bass and more.The Ruxton will serve lunch every weekday and dinner 7 days a week.     Been going to The Prime Rib for decades. Hands down the best fine dining experience in Baltimore. It has old world charm and sophistication that you can’t find in most places. The atmosphere with piano and jazz is outstanding. Our server was pretty good. When it got busy we didn’t see him as much as I would have liked but overall he was very professional and knowledgeable. The food was excellent. I always get prime rib but my friend got the pork chop and it was delicious. The crab claw appetizer is a must as well as the side of potato skins

    I thoroughly enjoyed my dinner at Phillips, as this was my first time eating there. My date & I sampled a variety of dishes on the menu (7 to be exact, lol) and enjoyed every bit of it. Oh, and my red sangria was to die for! To top it off, our server, Ruby, was the best. Very cute & charismatic. Thank you Phillips, Baltimore harbour.

    Timbuktu has the best crab cakes in town by far. What really makes them stand out is their wait staff. Especially waiter Diaz! He was so wonderful with my elderly parents (which everything happens sloooow). Diaz was kind of compassionate and thoughtful!
