Curated by Aaron Taylor, Atlas Restaurant Group’s Corporate Chef & Chef Partner in this concept, the menu puts steak in the spotlight with over 11 cuts from Chicago-based meat purveyor Meats by Linz. The Ruxton will serve a mix of wet and dry aged prime cuts of Black Angus Beef, as well as dry aging Long Island Duck and Bison from Virginia’s New Frontier Farm in-house. To complement the steak options, seasonal shellfish and seafood entrees will be available including dover sole, Maryland rockfish, whole live lobster, king salmon, Chilean sea bass and more.The Ruxton will serve lunch every weekday and dinner 7 days a week.     1st visit on Jan.1, 1pm for reference. Not crowded, so it was quiet, sans some jazz music. Service and food were excellent. We both ordered seafood platters and each happily took home leftovers. Will definitely return, next time we're in the mood for good seafood.

    TORI was out Waiter and she was PHENOMENAL!!!! It was my first time there and IT WAS TOP TIER!!!! Food was FANTASTICCCCC!!!!!!...... Ambience was AMAZING and COZY!!!!! NO COMPLAINTS, AT ALL....... Will DEFINITELYYYYYY be back!!

    We had dinner last night at The Prime Rib. Simply fabulous...The food was delicious, prepared exactly as we requested. The atmosphere was filled with light jazz. All that being said, the service was second to none! Nathan waited on us and he could not have been more professional and kind. He treated us like family. We could not recommend The Prime Rib more highly and be sure to ask for Nathan!!
