SW's décor matches its steakhouse-with-a-twist cuisine brilliantly, with an opulent dining space that radiates glamour, punctuated by floor-to-ceiling windows framing postcard views of the three-acre lakefront and forested mountain.     First time dinning at Delmonico Steakhouse and all I can say is 5 Stars across the board. Location is convenient, atmosphere is inviting, and the food was perfect. But the service was the best we’ve ever seen. Matt our server who has worked at Delmonico for 23-Years made our night one to remember. This is a must visit while in Las Vegas and Emeril Lagasse once again doesn’t disappoint. But make sure and ask for Matt, you will not be disappointed!

    Danny our server took an already amazing brunch to the next level. His level of service and care to our table did not go unnoticed. He is a true gem and because of him I will be coming back to the restaurant on my next trip!! All that aside the food is delicious, the eggs Benedict were phenomenal & the ambiance from beginning to end was top notch!

    In October we met Emmitt at an event in Magnolia, AR and he mentioned his Las Vegas restaurant. We booked immediately. Our food was amazing as was our wonderful server. She knew the menu and gave great recommendations. The entire wait staff was great. Highly recommend!

    Food was amazing especially for its portion. We shared the meatball and all got our own entres and family style ate. The staff was amazing, and tried to connect to you further than on a greeting basis. Would 100% recommend.
