Outstanding Service from Waiter L! I had the pleasure of dining with a large group of 13, and Waiter L went above and beyond to ensure we had an exceptional experience. From the moment we arrived, they handled our table with professionalism, efficiency, and a warm attitude that made us feel truly welcome. Despite the challenge of serving such a large group, Waiter L was incredibly attentive, ensuring our drinks were always full, our orders were accurate, and any special requests were met with a smile. His ability to manage multiple orders seamlessly while maintaining a friendly and engaging demeanor was truly impressive. The level of service provided made our meal not just enjoyable but memorable. It’s rare to find someone who can balance speed, accuracy, and genuine hospitality so effortlessly. Fantastic dinner experience. Have dined here before and love the quality of the food and the ambiance. Service was particularly exceptional. Our waiter Tyler was super knowledgeable and helpful with recommendations and so personable. He really took the dining experience to the next level. His recommendations of braised short rib and Chilean sea bass special did not disappoint. Packed full of flavor and pleasantly plated. The chocolate caramel tiramisu was top tier and we even got to try to chocolate Bundt cake with peanut butter whip which was rich and decadent. Overall a great date night find and fantastic dinner experience.

Service and food was excellent. A little mishap on dessert but nothing that ruined the evening. Restaurant and management of guests was excellent considering it was a busy night because of Valentine’s Day. Good Manager visibility that was actual hands on during the evening. The 70 day dry aged cowboy steak probably my new steak now! Overall great evening and the Valet Team still the best in terms of customer service, being polite and respectful!

Food and service was outstanding. The bright light atmosphere was not as relaxing. The noise level was louder than I expected. In comparison to our favorite celebration dinner venues I’d have to say I prefer those over Jeff Ruby. Those venues are Capital Grill and Jags.

They have beef fat fries! Sooo good! Everything we had on the menu was delicious & had amazing combination of flavors. We LOVE the burratta & the burger & Michelle served us today and always had our drinks full and was a great server. We love the whole vibe of Coppins. Love to eat there!
