Curated by Aaron Taylor, Atlas Restaurant Group’s Corporate Chef & Chef Partner in this concept, the menu puts steak in the spotlight with over 11 cuts from Chicago-based meat purveyor Meats by Linz. The Ruxton will serve a mix of wet and dry aged prime cuts of Black Angus Beef, as well as dry aging Long Island Duck and Bison from Virginia’s New Frontier Farm in-house. To complement the steak options, seasonal shellfish and seafood entrees will be available including dover sole, Maryland rockfish, whole live lobster, king salmon, Chilean sea bass and more.The Ruxton will serve lunch every weekday and dinner 7 days a week. I thoroughly enjoyed my dinner at Phillips, as this was my first time eating there. My date & I sampled a variety of dishes on the menu (7 to be exact, lol) and enjoyed every bit of it. Oh, and my red sangria was to die for! To top it off, our server, Ruby, was the best. Very cute & charismatic. Thank you Phillips, Baltimore harbour.

Everything was superb. This is the 3rd time we've dined with McCormick & Schmick's. We like to eat here when we fly out of BWI. It was an amazing date night meal before starting our vacation. "T", our server, was absolutely spot on, attentive without being intrusive! The food was amazing. My wife had the crab stuffed salmon and I had the seared ahi tuna. Everything done to perfection. We'll be back next time we're in town.

The kitchen has certainly upped their game! The steak exceeded our expectation’s. Robert our server was attentive and fun. Took exceptional care of us! Mark the little maître D runs a tight ship and I wouldn’t even use it but it’s can’t wait to return!
