Super happy with the service! Came to celebrate my birthday and was able be sat early and enjoy the energy of the restaurant! I love the juicy cuts of meat and my party was able to finish their meat and get an extra slice after!

It is difficult to rate a restaurant when it is a holiday fixed menu. Food was ordinary, nothing memorable, service was ok, a couple of mistakes in bringing orders to the table. Lamb chops were tasty. Would try it again when not valentines day

Coles Chop House offers a 5 STAR fine dining opportunity within the informality of the Steakouse experience. The steaks, carefully prepared from the highest quality meats available, are of course the star of the show; however in addition, the comprehensive menu selections offer comparable quality seafood and vegetarian options to please other tastes. Samantha was outstanding! Short ribs with polenta- dynamite. The kitchen accommodated changes in two orders that made the experience that much better.

Our waiter was very nice and gracious considering the many tables and guests he was responsible for. The food was very tasty-salad cool and crisp. My prime rib was just as requested-medium. My husband’s steak however was too rare as he wanted medium-it was unfortunately under cooked. But we’ll give Stark’s another visit as the ambiance is stellar!!!!
