This place is great. The food is awesome. The servers Sue & Antonio are the best. Their TOP NOTCH service is because they always come and check on you. Make sure you ask for Sue & Antonio and you’ll have one of the best nights ever at Eddie Merlot’s.

We had an incredible server, Amada very attentive and always checking to see if we needed anything and friendly during the whole dinner, not just when its time to bring the check. One of the best we have ever had. The food is great and atmosphere great for family's or business lunch. The Chocolate pie absolutely delicious, a must try.

Used to be my all time favorite restaurant. When we first started going to Wildfire, my horseradish crusted fillet was $36. It’s now $58. I’m sure it was at least 20 years ago, but that is one outrageous increase in price. It prevents us from going to the restaurant more often than we do. Now if we go once a year, it’s just a special treat. We used to go a lot more often. However, times, Covid, etc. are all reasons we can’t go more often anymore. I do believe the prices are totally outrageous. So sad.

This is our second visit to Del Rio and we were so excited to return. This time around, the food was much less impressive. Wait staff was perfect, responsive and friendly. Menu was limited due to special events in the main dining area, which was fine as our preferred order was on the limited menu. Disappointing.
