Curated by Aaron Taylor, Atlas Restaurant Group’s Corporate Chef & Chef Partner in this concept, the menu puts steak in the spotlight with over 11 cuts from Chicago-based meat purveyor Meats by Linz. The Ruxton will serve a mix of wet and dry aged prime cuts of Black Angus Beef, as well as dry aging Long Island Duck and Bison from Virginia’s New Frontier Farm in-house. TORI was out Waiter and she was PHENOMENAL!!!! It was my first time there and IT WAS TOP TIER!!!! Food was FANTASTICCCCC!!!!!!...... Ambience was AMAZING and COZY!!!!! NO COMPLAINTS, AT ALL....... Will DEFINITELYYYYYY be back!!

We had dinner last night at The Prime Rib. Simply fabulous...The food was delicious, prepared exactly as we requested. The atmosphere was filled with light jazz. All that being said, the service was second to none! Nathan waited on us and he could not have been more professional and kind. He treated us like family. We could not recommend The Prime Rib more highly and be sure to ask for Nathan!!

My family and I really enjoyed our dining experience. The ambiance was beautiful, our waiter Rashid was awesome and no overcrowding. Before the pandemic, we made coming here a Christmas tradition and this is by far the best year. Previous years (before the pandemic) it was very crowded and the food was just ok. But this year no over crowding and the food was excellent. Thank you for making our first time back since the pandemic a great one to remember. Happy holidays to you all!
