Goodman specialises in steak. Our chefs source the best beef from both sides of the Atlantic – from premium USDA corn-fed herds to grass-fed Scottish beef, grain-fed Irish Angus and rare breed Belted Galloway from the Lake District in England – to present a unique combination of a traditional British chophouse and classic New York grill. I have been to Blacklock City several times, and have never been disappointed. The food and drinks were all excellent. My favourites (in no particular order) are the pre chop bites / pork rib / Blacklock burger / sirloin / prime rib / all in / Blacklock Sundays / white chocolate cheesecake / old fashioned cocktails. Not to be consumed all at once, but if you think you can manage them all, I wish you the very best! The servers were very attentive and engaging. And even helped celebrated my birthday with a freebie. Have a birthday celebration there and you'll see!

We booked a table for two and arrived on time. We were warmly greeted and shown to our table. We said we usually order a lot and that the table seemed small. Once we ordered they moved us to a larger table with no fuss. Each dish was delicious and the service was friendly and regular. They were always attentive. The atmosphere was busy and pleasant. The slight negative is the train that goes over the top is a bit noisy but we got used to it. Would definitely recommend this place.
