The attentive crew of two servers ensured that our drinks were never empty and brought us everything we needed to enjoy our meal to the fullest. They truly made us feel like royalty. I ordered the New York strip steak, cooked medium-well, and it was flawless. Perfectly seasoned, juicy, and cooked to perfection—this was easily one of the best steaks I’ve had. The attention to detail in both the preparation and presentation of the food was impressive. The atmosphere was elegant yet inviting, making it an ideal spot for a date night. The prices are surprisingly affordable, especially considering the quality of the food and service. Plus, the free valet parking is a convenient perk that adds to the overall experience. To top it all off, the dessert cart was a visual masterpiece—a stunning display of culinary delights that tasted just as amazing as they looked. If you’re in Vegas, Silverado Steakhouse is a must-visit. It’s the perfect combination of luxury, affordability, and outstanding service. Highly recommended!

I brought my family to Roma last night and this place is exceptional! I had the Chicken Parm, while everyone else enjoyed the Lasagna, Fettuccine Alfredo, Linguini wClams and Tortellini. Everything was delicious! We dine out regularly and this was by far the best Chicken Parm I’ve had. The staff were great. Our server was very friendly and helpful with questions. The Chef was on the floor checking on tables, which is something I rarely see anymore. Highly recommend Roma Kitchen!!

First time for breakfast after coming many, many times for dinner. Our party ordered the crepe du jour, corned beef hash and the breakfast sandwich. Each was unique and delicious. The crepe was very large with seasonal berries. The sandwich had a “too die for” green goddess sauce. The corned bee hash was tender and tasty with Yukon golds (we opted for scrambled instead of poached eggs). Josh was very attentive without “interrupting”’our experience. He kept the drinks full and checked in as necessary. Highly recommend.

Overall a great experience. Everyone from the young lady on the desk to the busier filling water glasses were great. Great complimentary wine and even the coffee was great. Definitely a return trip is in order.

We chose the tour at Green Valley Ranch Resort. Everything went as advertised even though none of the restaurants showed we had a reservation. All were very pleasant and after showing my email confirmation seated us immediately. The food portions served were larger than I anticipated so I was quite full by the end of the tour. The restaurants packed up what we couldn’t eat to go. Very much enjoyed the special cocktails that came with the drink option. Finger Lickin Foodie Self Guided Tours was good about confirming our reservation even after I failed to do so as instructed. I highly recommend this experience and plan to try the other tours. Well worth the money.
