I recently had the pleasure of dining at Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse, and I must say it was an unforgettable experience, thanks to Chris and the amazing food. From the moment we were seated, Chris made us feel welcomed and cared for. His professionalism, attentiveness, and warm demeanor elevated the evening to a whole new level. Chris was incredibly knowledgeable about the menu, providing excellent recommendations and ensuring that every detail was perfect. He anticipated our needs before we even had to ask, which made the service seamless and enjoyable. The food was absolutely phenomenal—perfectly cooked steaks that melted in your mouth, accompanied by delicious sides that were bursting with flavor. Every bite was a testament to the restaurant’s commitment to quality and excellence. The combination of exceptional service from Chris and the incredible food made for a dining experience I won’t soon forget. I had a wonderful dining experience at this restaurant, even though there were a couple of minor hiccups with our order. What really stood out was how quickly and professionally the staff handled the situation. Amanda, the manager, was very attentive and immediately addressed the issue with a solution that exceeded our expectations. Our waiter, Pablo, continued to provide excellent service throughout the meal, remaining respectful and ensuring we had everything we needed. It’s refreshing to see a team that responds with such care when things don’t go perfectly. It’s that level of respect and commitment to customer satisfaction that will have me returning.

Had a great time, ate loads of appetizers - sushi cones, seared salmon sushi, sirloin-gruyère toasts - and something new, sirloin with a crunchy tuna sushi roll - then topped it off with the sugary beignets. Everything was delicious and our server, Alex was fabulous; we kept changing our minds and she was very patient!
