The service and the hospitality was excellent, the ambiance was amazing, but the food was terrible and extremely overpriced. We paid $225 a person for a terrible meal that tastes awful, was horribly salty, and should not have cost more that $100 a person. Way overpriced meal.

We have been to Carvers many times. Outstanding service and food. Prices a little heavy on certain items but not a deal breaker. The restaurant has a great ambiance...not too big and not too small. Very comfortable decor and surroundings. One complaint this time around. I had a beautiful looking Peppercorn topped NY Steak but it had major area of tough chewing. I didn't complain because what I DID eat, was very tasty and tender. Plus, it was Christmas Eve and I didn't want to bring up any negatives. We'll definitely be back...but I just won't have the steak. Sometimes there are stumbling blocks to complete satisfaction. They have other superior items on the menu from A to Z. Until next time.... Warmly greeted by the reception staff. Reservations had been confirmed the day before. Sat immediately in a Phenomenal viewing location. Our server named Becca, treated us well and set a perfect pace for appetizers, salads, and then the meal. She was constantly checking in on us willing to assist. Please try the Famed Hula Pie for dessert, it's Extraordinary !!!

Since we went at 4:30, it was fairly quiet, not crowded. I wish they would expand their menu a bit. The lobster bisque soup was good, but lukewarm. The mahi was great. My companion sent the vegetables back to the kitchen to be cooked more, but they came back the same. The prices are a bit high so I won't return frequently.

We finally tried Steak 48 and it definitely lives up to the hype! Had a wonderful Christmas eve early dinner. It was a treat to sit at the bar-James, the bartender was friendly, made excellent drinks & further detailed the menu. We ordered the crisp shrimp appetizer, bone-in rib-eye, bone-in filet & roasted cauliflower. All were fantastic, cooked perfectly/as we ordered & came out sizzling hot. Quality of food is superb, as was the service and ambiance. Can’t wait to come back! Thanks, James & Steak 48!
