Joule, the first restaurant from celebrated husband and wife cooking team Rachel Yang and Seif Chirchi, is re-located in October, 2012 to the innovative, newly developed the Fremont Collective in Seattle’s Wallingford/Fremont neighborhood. My wife, my grown-up daughter, and I enjoyed Christmas Eve dinner at Palisade. It was all great: fast service leading us to our table (reserved ahead of time), excellent food, great view of the marina and downtown Seattle, and the food was served at a slow speed so we could enjoy a 2 hour dinner with good conversation. The price was higher than what we usually experience when we go to a restaurant for dinner. However, the price was as expected on a Christmas Eve at a first class restaurant.

I celebrated my birthday with a group of friends and was impressed with the service we received on such a busy night. Everything came out in a timely manner, no drink orders had to be repeated more than once, I had a very nice time and I can thank the service for that. It was incredibly busy and we still were helped with anything we needed. I always love and recommend Joey.
