Loved dining at Ecco for our special occasion. (Just, please ban Smoking on the verandah, as the smoke wafts into the restaurant, when people constantly go in and out the door) That said, great restaurant, and wonderful friendly staff.

The food was excellent, the service great, the atmosphere superb and we will definitely go back again and again

Everything is great once we arrived. However, when I called to say we were running late and that two people were last minute cancellations, the girl who answered the phone was extremely rude to me. "Would be great for more notice next time." Was her response to me. I had just called to be courteous about the time so was not expecting this at all. We ended up having 5 people dining and the somm and service was great. Just a bit disappointed with the calling situation - especially when I was trying to be polite about us running late. Have heard about this same complaint from other professionals. You'll need to let this person (no idea of her name) know, that this type of behavior is unacceptable - especially when someone calls to politely let you know we are running late. Will be back, but would love for this to be taken on board. Cheers.

We found this place on OpenTable and hadn't heard of it so we weren't sure what to expect, and we absolutely loved it! Wonderful food, and wonderful service. We'll definitely be back.
