My wife and I had a very delicious meal on our first visit to Charlotte's. Looking forward to returning again.

Alexis was excellent. She was engaging and patient (dealing with a 15yr old and a 12 yr old). Her menu knowledge was strong and very helpful. I am refraining from eating certain foods so my choices were extremely limited. Alexis did an excellent job helping me overcome those limitations. The decor was very nice and the restroom was very clean. I loved the pseudo booth styled table. That elevated the dining experience and decor of the room for me personally. It added a hint of privacy/separation. The birthday guest LOVED the N.Y. strip offering and the Angry Crab Spaghetti was a BIG HIT! I look forward to returning again.

Food was solid. Expected steaks to be the best thing we ordered but just ok.

Service was quite good. Menu selections were lovely. Dessert was not impressive. Key lime pie was quite dull. Wine selection good but overpriced.
