Marcel's staff and crew truly excelled. My wife and I are filled with gratitude for the outstanding services they provided. Vangel ensured our first dining experience at AG was a memorable one! We also enjoyed learning the beautiful history of the Atlanta location as one of the oldest Ritz Carlton in the US. And we were so inspired by his success family history immigrating from Bulgaria to the land of many opportunities as well. Definitely a beautiful evening along with the delicious salmon, steak and seafood pasta, it was a great dining experience!!

This was a great experience. The only issue that I had was that they impose the gratuity on you. That is the opposite of a tip; it is a CHARGE. Tips are optional. While I typically tip 20% (or more for fantastic service), I do not like for the gratuity to be part of the bill. Just raise the prices or pay your people. I like for the tip to be my option as far as amount not an imposed 20% automatically. On top of that, they asked for an additional tip on the receipt. Maybe a 50% gratuity would have sufficed: I'm not sure. This was disappointing, but everything else - from the cooperation amongst the servers to the greetings from all types of staff - was on point and excellent.

My daughter and I arrived at the Embassy Suites in the early evening and decided to have dinner at Ruth's Chris. This location did not disappoint. Our waiter Dawn was very personable and very attentive. My daughter and I ordered off the prix fixe menu. It's a great bargain for a 4-course meal compared to the total price if the items are ordered separately. The steaks were perfectly prepared and the sides were wonderful. I will likely be a repeat customer at this location.
