Curated by Aaron Taylor, Atlas Restaurant Group’s Corporate Chef & Chef Partner in this concept, the menu puts steak in the spotlight with over 11 cuts from Chicago-based meat purveyor Meats by Linz. The Ruxton will serve a mix of wet and dry aged prime cuts of Black Angus Beef, as well as dry aging Long Island Duck and Bison from Virginia’s New Frontier Farm in-house. To complement the steak options, seasonal shellfish and seafood entrees will be available including dover sole, Maryland rockfish, whole live lobster, king salmon, Chilean sea bass and more.The Ruxton will serve lunch every weekday and dinner 7 days a week. The chicken thighs were a little dry, parts of the streak were chewy however comma the entire experience outweighed those anomalies. Other than that, my friend was taken aback when she found out they stopped serving pineapple at the end of the meal.

Food was exceptionally delicious. The chicken fried lobster tails were fried to perfection with just the perfect about of sweet and spicy sauce, the macaroni and cheese was cheesy, broccoli was amazing and the baked potatoes were the largest potatoes I’ve ever seen in my life.

Had a really good meal, though my NY Strip was a big Luke warm and my creamed spinach was dry. The potatoes au gratin were great and the loaded baked potato was good as well. My Dad said his 6oz fillet was amazing. Nathan was a wonderful server.
