The Caucus Club, located in the Penobscot Building, is an historic, stylish art deco masterpiece featuring two distinct dining spaces, historic bar and live Jazz. The front entrance leads guests to the elegant front dining room with the stage being the focal point. The back entrance leads to the dark and moody back room and bar with space for mingling, cocktails and dining. Adjacent to the bar entrance is the Caucus Club Kitchen, fully viewable from the hallway of the Penobscot building.The menu centers around the in-house dry-aging room, yielding Prime Steaks and Chops expertly butchered on site. The balance of the menu features seafood and eclectic dishes that change with the seasons. Lunch has its own unique offerings, and the Bar offers distinct offerings for Happy Hour.     The Experience was great overall.. The food was excellent, zero complaints in that regard. Everything was cooked and seasoned perfectly! The atmosphere/ambiance was exceptional and very intimate, the noise levels were moderate but nothing outside of normal for a public place in an intimate setting. All of the staff members were friendly and very accommodating. I can only think of good things to say about this place and with that being said this may be my new favorite steakhouse in Canada!

    Our server Brea was very attentive and so nice. We were there around noon on Valentine’s Day. The meats were mostly medium rare. I’m not a fan of very red meat. Also the variety of meats could have been a little more. No top or bottom sirloin. I get it we were there for “lunch” but a special occasion like Valentine’s Day , they could’ve offered a couple more meats. All in all, me and my bride of 35 years enjoyed our date and meal
