Prime 68 has a fantastic ambience, offering a classy and elegant dining experience. The service was wonderful—very attentive and definitely up to high standards. As for the food, our experience was a bit mixed. We started with a Caesar salad, but unfortunately, it had an overwhelming amount of garlic, making it difficult to finish. The whole filet mignon was served with very thin French fries, which didn’t quite match the expected steakhouse quality. A heartier side would have been a better fit. Additionally, I ordered my steak medium-rare, but it arrived more on the medium-well side, which was disappointing. On the other hand, I enjoyed my Norwegian salmon, though I wasn’t completely sure about the lemon butter sauce—it lacked something to elevate the dish. The desserts, however, were excellent! We especially loved the Eton Mess—it was definitely the highlight of the meal. Overall, Prime 68 offers a great atmosphere and attentive service, will come back again!

The business lunch is the perfect option if you really want to dine at this restaurant without spending a ridiculous amount of money.

El almuerzo de hoy como siempre en los último 3 años de mi visita por Trabajo a Dubái, fue una experiencia muy agradable. La comida estuvo excelente, bien presentada y con muy buen sabor. El servicio fue atento y rápido, siempre pendiente de los detalles. El ambiente es cómodo y acogedor, con un nivel de ruido adecuado para conversar y cerrar negocios sin problemas. En cuanto al valor, considero que estuvo acorde a la calidad de la experiencia. Definitivamente un lugar que recomiendo y al que mi dos invitados volverían a experimentar. Beautiful restaurant and can’t beat the view of the fountains! My snapper was delicious!!

Great restaurant that accommodated a last minute reservation for a large party. Food, ambiance, staff were excellent. The service was a little slower than preferred but overall was a great experience
