Overall a very nice experience. But, we stood at the front door for 30 minutes after our reservation time waiting to be seated. Service was friendly but slow. After ordering the cowboy bone-in ribeye, they brought out a bone-in filet. The blunder was quickly corrected. Desserts were outstanding! We definitely will come back, but at a later time when they are less busy.

I ordered the filet with a double baked potato. It was done perfectly. I had the lobster bisque soup, which was outstanding. Our server Josh was fantastic! My friends ordered ribs, which she said were great, and chicken piccata, which she said was very good. Love this place!

We celebrated my Partners 50th birthday a Gibson Italia last night. We had such a beautiful experience the service was absolutely amazing and the food was perfect so delicious. Special thanks to our server Santino, the manager and whole staff for being so accommodating. You can’t go wrong celebrating any big event at Gibson Italia, we will be back soon. Thanks again to staff for making his birthday one to remember.

The tortilla espanola with jamon and blue fin tuna carpaccio were highlights for me. Though, if you've been to Spain, especially Madrid, and have had tortilla espanola or jamon ibérico, know that it will taste the same but at a significant premium. The fish and meat will start at about 1.5 lbs, which was good for 2-3 people depending on how many dishes you start with. Overall, everything was flavorful, which was a relief after reading some of the poor reviews. That said, it wasn't mouthwatering or novel. So if you're looking for a unique culinary experience that matches the price tag, and that you'll rave about for years to come, this may not be for you.

The Kitaro experience is always tasty and satisfying. Truly the best sushi in the region!
