Curated by Aaron Taylor, Atlas Restaurant Group’s Corporate Chef & Chef Partner in this concept, the menu puts steak in the spotlight with over 11 cuts from Chicago-based meat purveyor Meats by Linz. The Ruxton will serve a mix of wet and dry aged prime cuts of Black Angus Beef, as well as dry aging Long Island Duck and Bison from Virginia’s New Frontier Farm in-house. To complement the steak options, seasonal shellfish and seafood entrees will be available including dover sole, Maryland rockfish, whole live lobster, king salmon, Chilean sea bass and more.The Ruxton will serve lunch every weekday and dinner 7 days a week.     Fogo de Chao never disappoints us. Baltimore is our favorite location. Market Table is always super fresh with so many things to choose from. Being able to add on a meat selection is a plus too. Everyone leaves happy! Shout out to the bartender....our drinks were amazing!! Looking forward to our next visit in February.

    Glad you changed the dress code, more adult. Service was a bit slow receiving the check, but server had too many tables to cover. Otherwise service was good. Had a 7:30 reservation , was not seated until 7:50.

    Everything was so incredible. I will definitely be coming back with my family. The ambience the food. The service were 10 out of 10. It’s a beautiful restaurant to celebrate. If you have an occasion you’re celebrating or just for a date night. I definitely recommend recommend this place to anyone that is looking for a special place to dine. All of the staff from the front to those that were waiting on us at our table were absolutely incredible. Customer service is a huge deal for me so to have such incredible people waiting on us making us feel special was wonderful.
