The Ruxton will serve a mix of wet and dry aged prime cuts of Black Angus Beef, as well as dry aging Long Island Duck and Bison from Virginia’s New Frontier Farm in-house. To complement the steak options, seasonal shellfish and seafood entrees will be available including dover sole, Maryland rockfish, whole live lobster, king salmon, Chilean sea bass and more.The Ruxton will serve lunch every weekday and dinner 7 days a week. Ruxton's was fantastic. I had the Bone-in-Delmonico steak, cooked to a PERFECT medium, with truffle butter as an accoutrement, I could not be more satisfied with my choice. I have eaten at plenty of steak houses on par with Ruxton's, but my meal at Ruxton's was as good as the very best of them, if not better. I would recommend Ruxton's to anyone as a top notch dining experience!

The sushi presentation and taste (according to my boyfriend) was excellent. My entree, however, took a lot longer than the sushi. As someone who doesn’t eat seafood, this was the only issue I had with the place. The service for everything else was great, and we’ll definitely visit again!
