Curated by Aaron Taylor, Atlas Restaurant Group’s Corporate Chef & Chef Partner in this concept, the menu puts steak in the spotlight with over 11 cuts from Chicago-based meat purveyor Meats by Linz. The Ruxton will serve a mix of wet and dry aged prime cuts of Black Angus Beef, as well as dry aging Long Island Duck and Bison from Virginia’s New Frontier Farm in-house. To complement the steak options, seasonal shellfish and seafood entrees will be available including dover sole, Maryland rockfish, whole live lobster, king salmon, Chilean sea bass and more.The Ruxton will serve lunch every weekday and dinner 7 days a week. Can’t thank you all enough. We missed an anniversary dinner altogether on NYE. We were delighted you could seat us early tonight and thank you for treating us so well! The food was delicious - waitress and bar tender super attentive. Keep the scallops and lobster risotto on the menu! Wow so delicious 😍

Walking in the restaurant felt cozy and warm. We were greeted immediately with our reservation and started with an amazing bread and oil. We ordered gnocchi and a steak and both were perfect. The menu was large enough to find something anyone would like but small enough to not have too many options and feel overwhelmed. 10/10 will be coming back again.
