    We made reservations for the Prime Rib dinner special. We were seated promptly and given our menus along with the specials for the evening. I ordered the Prime Rib and my husband had the Chauteaubriand special. Everything was fantastic - service, food and atmosphere. We asked the manager if Chateaubriand would be added to the menu because it was outstanding!

    I have been to this location several times and I am pleased to report they are consistently outstanding in terms of food, service and providing a great overall dining experience. Dinners have been great, but today I enjoyed the lunch menu. Our server was Susie and she did a great job! I’ll add that in my numerous visits a number of other servers provided outstanding service. Servers are attentive and also do a great job of supporting each other and acting as a customer service ‘team.’ From the hostess to the Manager, the kitchen staff and the servers, you’ll find a commitment to excellence at the Capital Grille ~ Sarasota.
