Initial inspection was pleasant. When you enter the restaurant, you'll see it's well appointed with mostly natural materials (namely stone walls, funky glass vases, and a very pretty open kitchen). The service was attentive, but not overbearing. The only low was the filet tenderloin. While the sauce was delicious, and the visual was amazing, the meat itself didn't quite make the mark. Otherwise, the appetizers and desert were all amazing and performed. In the end, I would highly recommend this as a great fine-ish (not quite casual, not quite fine dining) dining experience.

Wonderful restaurant be prepared to spend some $$$$$. I had lamb chops others had filet mignon and single cut prime rib. All perfect. Scalloped potato’s were overcooked asparagus was good 1/2 portion of that and 1/2 of salad plentiful. We each had large shrimp cocktails for appetizer and split the death by chocolate cake. Craft cocktails were exceptional. Great for special occasion.

Beautiful space. Delicious food and drinks. Dont be fooled by bad cutlery! Despite struggling to cut my steak, it was a tender, melt in your mouth filet. Perfectly cooked. Waiter (Cole?) was very prompt and friendly. I appreciated him being present when needed but not overly hovering so we could talk on our rare date night out of the house. Appetizers and entree portions were appropriate for the price. Food and drinks came to the table quickly despite it being Valentine’s Day - I would usually expect slower times due to busier day. Reservations worked perfectly, walked in the door and brought immediately to our table. Had asked for a booth in our reservation if possible and we got seated in a booth. Hostesses were all very nice. I couldn’t have asked for a smoother, more pleasant experience. As a working mom who rarely gets to get out of the house for fun, or out on a date night - I couldn’t have been happier.

Another great meal at Bullvino’s. Very attentive waitstaff, fantastic salad bar, and the meats were perfect. Glad we live in St. Paul as the restaurant is close. Highly recommend Bullvino’s for a wonderful dining experience.

In the last half of a decade, on average, I’ve gone out to eat about once a day, 365 days a year. I cannot understate how amazing Boketto was. Food was exceptional, ambiance and aesthetic were unmatched. The real game changer? Our server, Katie E. She was the most kind, well mannered, and social server I have had anywhere across the entire country in the last 2+ years. If you book a rez at Boketto, ask to be seated in Katie’s section if she’s available. You couldn’t ask for a better evening.
