My wife and I shared a New York Strip steak, asparagus and the chocolate mousse. All were outstanding. The steak was crispy on the outside and required very little chewing, perfect. The asparagus was great and there was enough mousse for 6 people, so we took a lot of it home for later. The service was spot on given the high price point. No complaints from us about anything.

The food was some of the best we have had!! The service was exceptional!! Do yourself a favor and check out Swift and sons for your next dinner out! You will not be disappointed!!

We celebrated my Partners 50th birthday a Gibson Italia last night. We had such a beautiful experience the service was absolutely amazing and the food was perfect so delicious. Special thanks to our server Santino, the manager and whole staff for being so accommodating. You can’t go wrong celebrating any big event at Gibson Italia, we will be back soon. Thanks again to staff for making his birthday one to remember.

The tortilla espanola with jamon and blue fin tuna carpaccio were highlights for me. Though, if you've been to Spain, especially Madrid, and have had tortilla espanola or jamon ibérico, know that it will taste the same but at a significant premium. The fish and meat will start at about 1.5 lbs, which was good for 2-3 people depending on how many dishes you start with. Overall, everything was flavorful, which was a relief after reading some of the poor reviews. That said, it wasn't mouthwatering or novel. So if you're looking for a unique culinary experience that matches the price tag, and that you'll rave about for years to come, this may not be for you.

Be prepared for an incredible dining experience. The service is professional and among the best you will experience.It is not low cost, but you would not expect it to be. If you go here for any special occasion, you will not be disappointed.
