I rarely do reviews good or bad, unless something during my visit was exceptional. Whether it be the food or the service or both. We usually go to The Keg in Coquitlam but we moved and this Keg is closer to us. I haven’t been to this one in 30 years. All the staff were very nice and took a few minutes to chat. Our server Nadia was great. She was friendly and very attentive. My steak was a bit under cooked for my preference and she took care of it. Then she followed up to make sure I was satisfied. Taylor, the dining room manager brought me my dinner when it was ready and genuinely apologized. He went beyond our expectations to make sure I was satisfied with my meal and with our dining experience. We enjoyed our visit. From the friendly staff, our attentive server, Nadia, and Taylor going beyond the extra mile to make sure we enjoyed our experience. The food was excellent too. Will definitely go back again!

Everything was excellent except the noise level being seated in the wine room it was very noisy with so many sounds coming from all areas could not hear my husband who is not quiet when the server asked a question when I heard it I had to repeat a few times so husband could answer so not much conversation could be had. Which is why ambiance got a low mark. And of course I had to have dessert so we got it to go to enjoy back at hotel where it’s a little quieter. Thank you for a wonderful dinner though and a excellent server!

The Keg Steakhouse delivered an exceptional Valentine’s Day experience. The food was prepared to perfection each bite rich with flavor and expertly cooked. The drinks were equally impressive, crafted with care and complementing the meal beautifully. What truly elevated the evening, however, was the service. Our waitress was attentive, warm, and effortlessly added to the restaurant’s inviting atmosphere. From start to finish, it was a seamless blend of great cuisine, expertly mixed drinks, and genuine hospitality a night well spent.

Our server was excellent. We were celebrating our son's birthday. They comp'd the dessert which was nice. Will be back. Food was delicious.

Wonderful Sunday Brunch this weekend. Celebrated a 70th birthday and everything was delicious. Our table tried the Eggs Benedict, Fish & Chips, Seafood Chowder and Roasted Beet Salad. We highly recommend all of these. Our server was so friendly, as were the hosts that greeted us. Everyone went out of their way to wish our sister a Happy Birthday. Go to the Boathouse and sit by the window. You will love it.
