Celebrated Valentine’s Day with my partner. The food and cocktails were both amazing. We started with the poached pear and goat cheese appetizer, which was very good. Only complaint maybe just a little too much balsamic.  we both ordered the 8 ounce filet mignon both of us with steak butter. I added the lump crab to mine. The steaks were cooked perfectly and the lump crab was generous. For sides we got the lyonnaise potatoes and creamed spinach. Both were delicious and generous portions which were perfect for sharing between 2 people. For dessert, we split the chocolate layer cake, which was phenomenal. Debra was absolutely amazing from start to finish. I asked her to write a message on the plate and she did and it was exactly what I was looking for. I highly recommend this restaurant and make sure to be seated in Debra‘s section. She was beyond friendly, very knowledgeable with the menu offered recommendations and chatted with us between courses. You will not be disappointed. The experience is always fantastic. Paulina is such a professional and we love having her every time we the visit. The only issue is that the crab cake was my absolute favorite but I have ordered it twice recently and it has definitely changed. The taste is no longer the same. It’s actually flavorless. Very sad.

Loved our server Christine! So knowledgeable and personable and just the right amount of “checking” on us. She made the entire night more special for us due to her attentiveness and care. She knew the answer to everyone of my questions and sold me on GR Special gin & tonic and every thing we chose. The food was excellent! Try the beef Wellington , the sticky toffee desert and the beet carpaccio salad. A++++++ The best steakhouse I have been to in a loooiooong time.

Kelly was our wonderful waitress and she was very nice. Aside from the beautiful roses upon entry, the candles and rose pedals were the icing on the cake. Very elegant, quiet, and the steak was beyond delicious. I would definitely say one of the best perfectly cooked steaks I’ve had. Although I wish the crabcakes came with buns, everything else was phenomenal and I highly recommend this restaurant.

My filet and lobster tail were excellent. My husband had the onion rings and lambchops. He say the onions were excellent as were two of the lambchops. 3 lambchops were Very tough di he didn't est them. Wr did take them home but they were to tough to est so they got trashed. We love Mortons and will still return in the Spring to try it again.
