The food , the service and the atmosphere was the best. JP Mitchell, our server, was phenomenal. His attention to details, his sense of humor and service was outstanding.

As always, I had a wonderful time. The food is consistently outstanding, and Pedro, our server, was excellent. The meats were excellent and perfectly cooked, the pineapple and picanhas always are our favorites. This was my first time at this location, though I have visited the Florida Mall area location many times.

Excellent food & service although a bit expensive

Charley's Steak House is always on our list of restaurants to NOT miss while visiting the Orlando area. Charley's did not disappoint. Our server, Rachel, took very good care of us and the food was outstanding as usual. We had a couple of cocktails in the bar and the staff was very professional and welcoming. We are looking forward to our next visit in February when we are back in the Orlando area.

Had never been here before. It came up as a steak house on this site. So, we thought we would try it. Very casual decor, with mostly booths and lots of light. Wasn’t sure this was the experience we wanted for our Anniversary. We were pleasantly surprised. Valerie was awesome. Very attentive and pleasant. The steaks were perfect and sides both yummy. Price compared to other steak houses in the area great value! So if you want a really good steak, that you don’t need to finance… this is the place.
