The Ruxton will serve a mix of wet and dry aged prime cuts of Black Angus Beef, as well as dry aging Long Island Duck and Bison from Virginia’s New Frontier Farm in-house. Joe's is a family favorite because not only is it reliable and consistently good food but the service and staff are wonderful. Many have been there since it's opening which is especially nice for those of us that like to go often. It is great for business lunches as well and family celebrations and date nights.

The overall experience of the Hamilton was amazing. Several of our party have food allergies and they accommodated all of us. The food was amazing. Alexandra our server was the best server we encountered all week in DC and the Hamilton is our favorite restaurant. The standouts were the “boots with the fur” cocktail, sweet potato hummus, all out entrees, and the bread pudding and apple galette. Highly recommend!
