A unique cross between a chop house and Crudo bar, Hook & Ladder features Certified A5 Japanese wagyu beef that will melt in your month. Dry aged Steak offerings including 32 days dry aged Porterhouse (28oz), 32 days aged Tomahawk Ribeye (40oz) that will taste decidedly beefy, much like a rare roast beef, while also taking on subtler hints of other delicious flavors.     I enjoyed a Christmas Eve meal at the ever excellent Butcher + Singer. Everything was wonderful - from a warm welcome at check in, my fabulous, attentive server, Miss Brandy and, of course, the perfectly prepared food. Dining at Butcher + Singer is always a treat, but this particular meal will always be remembered as extra special. Thank you for another exceptional experience!

    We ate upstairs in the dining room and started with filet tips, eggplant rollatini and steamed clams. We followed with the Bronzino and the 12oz filet. Everything was delicious. Our Server, Jill was absolutely fantastic. We ended our snowy Christmas celebration with a shared espresso martini and ice cream. It was a great experience and can’t wait to go back!
