We had a wonderful time! The food was amazing, made all the more enjoyable by our waiter’s on point recommendations. We shared a number of appetizers and split a main course, and everything was impeccable. The owner or manager greeted our table and made us all feel welcome. Thank you for a very memorable evening!

We decided to enjoy an evening out without the kids and thought Blackstone’s would be a great treat. We were right! Rich and Jory were absolutely fantastic. Rich impressed us with his knowledge, memory and thoughtful approach. Jory was delightful in following up and tending to our needs. The food was excellent. Loved the brandy mushrooms with the ribeye flambéed before us at the table. And the Key Lime pie and coffee topped off our wonderful dining experience. Still the best restaurant on Long Island a decade after having kids!

From the moment we stepped into Opus, we were enveloped in an aura of warmth and sophistication. The ambiance was elegant and lively, the decor was modern and tasteful - just an overall beautiful vibe. But the true stars of the show were the service and the food. Our server, Juan, was incredibly attentive and knowledgeable. They guided us through the menu, offering insightful recommendations tailored to our preferences, as well as their specials, and catered to our allergy restrictions. Their service was seamless, anticipating our needs before we even had to ask. And then came the food. Each dish was a masterpiece of culinary artistry. The seafood tower was plentiful - filled with king crab legs, lobster, oysters, and shrimp. The sushi was truly something else - we enjoyed an assortment of rolls. And let's not forget the crème brûlée donuts– heavenly. The perfect ending. Opus a true gem. I feel that Opus is underrated when comparing to the other Scotto restaurants, this location is my absolute favorite. The combination of exceptional service, exquisite cuisine, and a captivating ambiance created an unforgettable dining experience for my family and I. We highly recommend it to anyone seeking a truly memorable meal. Thank you to our server Juan and Tim the manager who made sure we were happy from beginning to end. We will be back!

You should start your evening with a visit to the bar and a drink expertly mixed by Alejandro. The staff at Rothmann’s always goes above and beyond. The food is delicious, you can never go wrong with the Seafood Plateau and a Poterhouse steak. Then finish your night with an affogato. I promise you, you’ll be back for more.

Consistently outstanding food and service. Don and Brian were our servers and they were fantastic. Attentive service and very personable. Our latest visit was Christmas Eve dinner. Every table was occupied yet the service remained prompt and unjurried. The Frutte de Mare was an appetizer special but I ordered it as an entree and it was perfect. A huge serving of king crab legs, lobster tail, mussels, clams, shrimp and octopus over linguine. My son had the Australian Wagyu Strip steak which was tender and delicious. Perfectly cooked. All in all, an amazing experience from beginning to end
