Our group of four took advantage of the retro La Belle Vie menu being offered for the month of March. Two of us had frequented the La Belle Vie Lounge during its heyday in the early 2000s. Found memories were shared. We ordered our favorites from those times. We could also order off the P.S. Steak menu, but that was not our mission. We had a lovely evening. It was a bit of an extravagance, but well worth it. Just to sit in this graceful space itself makes it all worthwhile.

Chris was fun and made our special evening especially enjoyable. The manager, Steve was so helpful when we were looking for a missing contact lens (funny, sort of). Great night! Capital Grill is where we go enemies we want to celebrate. Oh, the food was excellent, you should try the ribeye.

Quality of food offerings are to be meet as expected. Servers are attentive and responsive to your needs. Even asking beyond what would be required. The drop off is one request requested for help or additional service. It never shows  Luke? Lucas? Deserves a raise person belongs to be the face of your facility.

Best steak in the twin cities, great drinks service and wonderful ambiance.

We sat at a table at the bar and had the best service from Matt. He made us two custom cocktails after hearing what we liked. Amazing. The menu cocktails were also good but lacked the intimacy of the special cocktails he created. He also helped us navigate the menu with a severe food allergy, and we lived the long bone beef rib. It was so tender and flavorful. We'll be back.
