Founder Kengo has been supplying the highest quality meat to restaurants throughout the US for many years. With a passion for meat and a professional eye, Kengo has partnered with numerous carefully selected ranches. His goal was to increase people’s smiles by offering the best meat possible. At The Steak Library, you can enjoy the highest quality Japanese beef, carefully selected Black Angus beef, and Australian beef chosen by the discerning eye of a meat dealer. The restaurant’s interior is a modern space full of luxury, perfect for special occasions or dates. The chef is a meat specialist who charms customers with cooking techniques that bring out the maximum flavor of the meat. In addition, the staff strives to provide the best hospitality to customers and make their time comfortable. The Steak Library will continue to pursue the best meat to see the smiles of our customers.

    My family  and I had reservations at Café Pacific at the Trump Los Angeles golf course. We  were celebrating my dad’s birthday and it was so amazing! The  ambience was beautiful with a nice warm roaring fire, and the waiter and waitresses were so attentive and discreet, and we all mentioned that how wonderful it was. The dinner  was impeccable and delicious.!  Jennifer our waitress even brought out a dessert to celebrate my dad‘s birthday!  We all had a great experience there and highly recommend this restaurant for a family celebration!!

    What can’t you say about this place!!! We had great service from Darren and Wilson, they were constantly checking on us, which was pretty hard, considering it was very busy for a Thursday night, but they prevailed. The food was Top Notch!! We went back for Japanese A5 wagyu, at least 4-6 times just for that particular cut of meat. Considering this was our first time, they had more than enough on their $99 menu to highly satisfy us. Thank you Niku X, particularly Darren and Wilson, we had the greatest experience!!! We will definitely be coming back!!!!

    We went for birthday celebrations and the piano player, Ken James was there. He was excellent. With wonderful playing and stories. The food was excellent and our server was wonderful.
